The tutоriаl summarizes the domestic and foreign experience of compliance and, based on it, has developed scientific and methodological recommendations for improving the organizational and economic mechanism of its implementation at industrial enterprises. The essence of compliance, its policy, principles, functions and structural elements of the compliance program of an industrial enterprise are determined.
Particular attention is paid to combating corruption issues, combating fraud, financing terrorism and money laundering. For the first time, the issues of antitrust and reputational compliance are proposed to introduced into the university curriculum.
